Privacy policy

This policy explains what information AVORA collects and how we use it. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

What we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if given), the items you order and any gift note; messages you send us; and information about how you use our website, through cookies. All orders are Cash on Delivery, so we do not collect card or bank details.

How we use it: to confirm, pack and deliver your order, contact you about it, answer your questions, improve our website, show you relevant Avora ads on Facebook and Instagram, and send offers only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: our courier partners (name, phone and address, for delivery); Shopify (store hosting); Meta (website activity through the Meta Pixel, for ads); and authorities, if the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

Your choices: You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info.avorajewel@gmail.com.
