1. About us. This website is operated by AVORA, an online fashion jewellery store based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our products. Avora sells fashion jewellery. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our pieces are not real gold, silver, diamond or pearl. “Gold-tone”, “silver-tone”, “stone” and “pearl” describe how a piece looks. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Keep plated jewellery away from water, perfume and sweat.
3. Prices. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The price shown when you order is the price you pay. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
4. Orders. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or message. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing mistake, we cannot reach you, or the order looks fake.
5. Payment. We accept Cash on Delivery only.
6. Delivery and returns. See our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy.
7. Offers. Offers such as free delivery apply only as described and while they run. We may change or end them at any time. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Content. All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Avora and may not be used without permission.
9. Use of the website. Please do not misuse the website, place fake orders or give false information.
10. Our responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
