Refund policy

Check before you pay
Every Avora order is Cash on Delivery, so you only pay after you have seen your jewellery. When the delivery person arrives, please open the parcel in front of them and check that the pieces are the ones you ordered, the quantity is correct, and nothing is broken, bent, scratched or missing. Only pay once you are happy.

If something is wrong
If an item is wrong, damaged or missing, please do not accept the parcel. Hand it back to the delivery person and contact us the same day at info.avorajewel@gmail.com or on Facebook / WhatsApp.
If you decide not to take the order at the door for any other reason, please pay the delivery charge to the delivery person.

No returns or refunds after delivery
Because you check your order before paying, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds once you have accepted the parcel and paid. This also applies to all earrings for hygiene reasons.
